Damasco UK Ltd is committed to maintaining full understanding and complete compliance with the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations [2007].

Packaging Waste Reporting Notes and Controlled Waste Transfer Notes are maintained and collated appropriately in conjunction with the company’s waste contractors.

It is the responsibility of the Quality & Systems Manager to maintain the relevant records.

It is the responsibility of the Managing Director to ensure continued compliance.
